Being human in our world can feel challenging at times. What you’re navigating may feel difficult or heavy, but you don’t have to carry the weight of it alone. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing, and my hope as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel safe to share, heal and grow. My work as a therapist is informed by trauma-focused, somatic (body-based), and attachment frameworks, along with mindfulness-based CBT and DBT. I work with clients of (almost) all ages (5+) and enjoy working with individuals, couples and families.
I have supported clients in navigating grief/loss, life transitions, relational issues, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, anxiety, bipolar, depression, PTSD) and chronic health conditions. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a yoga teacher and enjoy movement in it’s many forms. I also love music, theatre, baking, and traveling. I’d love to get to know you and to hold space for you wherever you are in your healing journey.
