Your life and story are important and hold incredible value. I believe that your unique identity and background hold great influence and are a vital part of understanding who you are and how you relate to the world around you. My hope is to walk with you toward healing in a warm, accepting space where you feel safe.
I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, transitional difficulties, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and loss. I am trained in a client-centered blend of CBT, strengths-based therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness. People from all spaces and lifestyles are welcome.
My personal approach is laid-back mixed with humor and encouragement. Together, we can determine the right style for you within our sessions. You are so brave to reach out for help, and I would be honored to walk alongside you through your challenges and growth.
