“You do not just wake up and become the butterfly, growth is a process.” – Rupi Kaur
Let’s be honest, it would be great to wake up as a butterfly but most of us wake up as caterpillars. No matter where you are in your metamorphosis, I’d like to offer you a safe and secure space to feel heard without judgement or consequence. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, informed by CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems therapy, and motivational interviewing. That means I’m educated in the process of guiding you through the ups and downs of life. I work with individuals 18 and older who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, disordered eating, sexual identity issues, transitional difficulties, and PTSD. My goal for our time together is for you to feel supported and heard. I am passionate about the human experience and would love to help you navigate yours. In my free time I am an avid reader and love a good book recommendation. I love to travel and am always looking for new adventure! Let’s do some work together!
