Life has many unexpected challenges that challenge us from moving forward in our own stories. In therapy, I will provide a safe, tranquil, and supportive atmosphere, where we can try new perspectives and challenge barriers to support your growth and empowerment.
My approach to therapy is focused on meeting you where you are currently at in your story and building a trusting collaborative relationship. I want to know your perspective, your challenges, and where you want to take your story in the future. From there, we will together create an individualized approach that will support your goals and challenge any barriers so you can reach your ideal ending to the chapter, as well as lay the foundation for the upcoming chapters in your life.
I have experience working with a diverse population including in-home and private practice, individual therapy, and assessment focused treatments. I work with individuals across the lifespan but I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Working with kids, I take a collaborative approach within the family to help guide your child to feel empowered and confident in their skills as they navigate any stressors. I work with them to build foundational skills they can utilize throughout their life. When working with adults, I want to help instill a sense of hope and confidence. Life throws us curveballs and I want to be there to help you feel supported and empowered.
