Hello and welcome! Asking for help, guidance, or support can be uncomfortable. I’m glad you are here. Seeking out therapy can help you clear a path to where you are trying to go. My job is to help you clear that path and create a space for you to feel safe and ready to begin the work.
I am a recent graduate and hold my master’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I started my professional career working with survivors of domestic violence. From there, I continued to work as a case manager in employment and training programs, and then with adults who were reentering their communities after incarceration. I love working with adolescents and adults and have experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief.
In my free time I am enjoying spending time with my husband and two children. We love to be outside biking, hiking, or playing hot wheels on the sidewalk. I love to bake, sing, go on long runs, spend time outside, listen to spooky podcasts and see live music.
