Life can be challenging, and it is important that we have a safe space where we can explore our thoughts and feelings without judgement. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, or significant life changes, I’m here to offer that safe, supportive space where you can be yourself.
My approach to therapy is personalized and collaborative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and a client-centered approach. I believe in the power of understanding your unique story and working together to create a path forward that feels right for you.
I primarily work with adults, teens, and couples who would like to address ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, self-care, and self-confidence. My goal is to help you develop the confidence and skills you need to thrive.
Outside of therapy,I love to travel and am always seeking new adventures. When I’m not exploring new places, you can find me with a good book – feel free to share your recommendations!
Let’s work together to empower you and achieve your goals!
