Wherever you are at in life, I am glad you are here. It is my privilege to assist clients to grow in the ways they know they need to. I use a combination of client-centered, IFS-informed, and DBT-informed approaches. I work with 18+ individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief and loss, guilt and shame, trauma, and transitional stress. I love music and playing guitar, watching old movies, hiking, and spending time with my family (including my cat). I look forward to connecting.
