Living in a world filled with challenges, having a trusted person to confide in can significantly alleviate the mental strain. I believe in the transformative power of sharing thoughts and emotions openly. As a clinician, my foremost goal is to foster a secure space where individuals can freely express themselves.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing on a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theories, existential insights, and systems-based frameworks. With a diverse background spanning work with children, adults, and seniors, I integrate perspectives from various life stages into my practice.
My professional journey includes interviewing seniors about their childhoods, conducting neurocognitive assessments focusing on ADHD, and serving as a cognitive trainer for adolescents and children. Personally, I find inspiration in literature, comedy, and music, and I often use humor to lighten the therapeutic process. Witnessing the positive transformation in others’ lives brings me immense satisfaction.
