Everybody deserves a space where they feel heard, listened to, and safe. My goal as a clinician is to provide that space during times when people are at their most vulnerable and create a collaborative relationship that fosters the changes people want to see in themselves. You are capable of making changes in your life and I’d love to help you along the way. I’m proud of you for taking the first step, and I’m so excited to get to know you!
I use a combination of client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy in my clinical work. I work with adults with a variety of different concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-confidence. I welcome individuals of all identities and backgrounds, and I value the differences that make up who we are. I especially enjoy working with clients who are 18-25 years old and learning how to navigate the adult world.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, snuggling with our 2 cats, and watching funny videos. I also love organizing, creating colorful makeup looks, shopping, and listening to music!
