I was drawn to counseling because I love providing a safe and non-judgmental space for emotional processing, healing, and growth. I know how important taking care of mental health is, and I am here to offer support, new skills, and guidance as we collaborate to help you achieve your goals. I use a person-centered and trauma-informed approach often incorporating skills from DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems.
I am a member of the queer community and love working with and providing a safe space for queer clients. My clinical focus includes working with individuals who struggle with relationship/interpersonal issues, queer/gender identity, BPD, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, and social anxiety.
While I am away from work I spend my time hiking, rollerblading, cuddling my cat, and singing in my car.
