Therapy can be a great space to not only explore yourself, but how you interact with the world. My work is person-centered and holistic, meaning that I look for your individual qualities and take a unique approach with everyone based on your needs. I will provide an honest and vulnerable space so you feel comfortable being your true self.
Some modalities I tend to use are: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Multicultural approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Attachment Theory. While I am interested in working with all types of people from different walks in life, I am especially passionate about working with folks who identify as POC, BIPOC, First or Second Generation Americans, as well as the neurodivergent community including but not limited to those with ADHD and Autism needs. I also have prior experience working with adolescents in a middle school setting and older adults in an assisted living facility.
Thank you for considering me on your journey!
