Hey there! I’m a laid-back co-occurring disorders therapist under supervision. I strive for authenticity in my approach to mental health and understand that we’re all just trying our best. Let me be your safe space to figure it all out!

I seek to meet my clients at their level and work together as a team. I believe in the power of personal perception and intention. My practice is eclectic, with strengths in CBT, psychodynamic, narrative and other empowering modalities with motivation to find what works best for you.

I am passionate about disability advocacy and support those who live with a disability. I recognize that it can be a struggle, as I live with a disability myself, and I’d love to be there to support you through its ups and downs.

I bring attitude, creativity, and humor to therapy. My goal is to make getting help an option for everyone. Bring on the cuss words, memes, videos, or whatever fits your situation because sometimes our words just aren’t enough.When I’m not at work, you can find me with my nose in a book or hunting for the next spooky, scary fix! I’m an avid plant lady, animal lover and paint whatever and whenever I can.
