Mental health is not some small feat. I believe that everybody deserves an opportunity to face, combat, and conquer the obstacles laid in front of them. As a therapist, I am passionate about providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where I will fight alongside you to help you conquer whatever may be holding you back from your full potential.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existentialism with a Strengths-Based and Trauma-Informed lens. Through person-centered collaboration, I tailor my approach to what we both believe will help you the most. You are the expert in your life and I am here to guide you in implementing tools and tips to live a more fulfilling life. In therapy, I work with adolescents, teens, and young adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and self-image. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIA individuals and athletes. By using a collaborative approach, my goal in therapy is to provide you with all the tools you need to thrive outside the therapy setting.
I earned my Bachelor’s of Science at the University of St. Thomas studying Neuroscience and Theology. I am currently working towards my Master of Counseling at the University of St. Thomas. Outside of the office and classroom, I love to cook and bake, travel, spend time with friends and family, and go for hikes with my puppy. I love to challenge myself, try new things, and attempt to become competent in various realms.
Let’s conquer this together!
