Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the lead in your healing journey. I believe you know yourself best, which is why I take a client-centered approach—honoring your experiences while guiding you with care and compassion.
I work with clients ages 12 and up from diverse backgrounds and have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. In addition to client-centered therapy, I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet your specific needs.
My passion for counseling comes from my own experiences growing up in an immigrant family and witnessing the stigma surrounding mental health, especially in my Latino community. I am committed to breaking down those barriers and making mental health care accessible, validating, and stigma-free. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in Spanish, English, or both, depending on your comfort and preference.
