I believe everyone has their own unique journey in life, taking us unexpected places that are full of challenges and growth. I can’t wait to hear about your journey and continue to help guide and support you during this process. You are not alone. Therapy looks different for everyone, one persons journey will not be yours; that is why I use the foundations of person-centered and strengths-based approaches to help meet you where you are at in life.
I put an emphasis on the control you have in counseling sessions while guiding you through aspects in your life that are within your control and those that are not. Control The Controllable’s. I have background working with adults, teens, children, and families. I have special interest in those struggling with anxiety, ADD/ADHD, depression, self-esteem, and life changes.
No matter what challenges you’re facing, I am here to help and provide a safe place to do so. Outside of work you can find me cozied up at a coffee shop reading, or spending time with my baby boy and my husband. I also enjoy hiking, and attending church.
