“Get comfortable being uncomfortable.” This mindset allows us to embrace challenges, recognizing that they do not define who we are. Instead of avoiding or being overwhelmed by the obstacles in life, we can use them as opportunities for growth and take control of our lives. By facing these challenges head-on, we gain the power to reshape our narrative and create a better future.
As a therapist, I operate from a client-centered approach meaning the relationship and trust built is the foundation of our work together. Drawing from CBT, Psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, person-centered therapy and CPT, I individualize my approach to fit each unique individual that I see.
I work with a diverse range of individuals assisting adults and teens on their journey towards healing and growth. My expertise includes substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, depression and those navigating major life changes. I am honored to be a small part of your journey, and can’t wait to work with you!
