Being here proves that you can do hard things. It’s not always easy to take the next step and eat your mental health vegetables, or however you personally want to frame the idea of therapy in your mind. As a clinician, I strive to make my clients feel seen and heard no matter the reason they are seeking therapy. Client-centered practice is very important to me. I look forward to getting to know each and every person I work with as an individual and work together on figuring out as a team the best strategies to make it through life’s unpredictable struggles. Tell me about your strengths! Spoiler alert: everyone has them, and everyone includes you. In my free time, I enjoy reading, kicking back to watch a show or movie, and listening to music.
