“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to” – Brenee Brown’
Throughout life, many of us are trying to prove we can be independent. From our childhood first steps to our first job, well into adulthood. The truth is, often as much as we love our independence we need connection. We need someone to work through daily life all the way to heavy traumatic once in a lifetime experiences. I will work with you to discuss things you may not be able to discuss with your closest confidants, in a safe and secure place. I want to work with you to build empathetic and trusting relationships. I use a client based approach, specifically using CBT, ACT and motivational interviewing. I will also always be willing to introduce any and all tools that could help you as an individual along the way. I work with individuals who are 18 and over who are experiencing depression, anxiety and substance use. I have wanted to help others in this area for most of my life and I am passionate to be able to help you.
