Mental health is a unique experience to each individual. I believe that each person’s story is to be appreciated. I work to understand each story and empower each individual to make worthwhile changes. My approach to therapy begins by building trust through empathy and understanding. Followed by collaborating to create a personalized approach to therapy. Incorporating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy throughout. I work with clients of all ages with a variety of issues ranging from behavioral concerns to suicidal thoughts. While I have worked with all ages, a majority of my time has been serving children and adolescents. In my free time I enjoy running, cycling I look forward to hearing your story.
