Mental health is a unique experience to everyone. I believe that your story has value and deserves to be heard. I will work to understand your story and empower you to make changes that you find worthwhile.
I approach therapy by collaborating to create a personalized approach to your treatment. I seek to understand what you value and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques to encourage change. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and together, we can work towards meaningful change.
I welcome individuals of all identities. I have worked in clinical settings with children and adolescents for four years. Common issues I address are anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, grief, and loss.
Seeking out for help is not easy and I congratulate you for taking this step. I look forward to hearing your story.
