I believe that seeking out support when needed can be both extremely difficult and incredibly rewarding. Finding a therapist who is a good fit is an important part of that journey. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a validating, supportive, and compassionate space to work through life’s challenges. I tend to be straightforward, warm, and genuine with my clients.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and stress. Each individual is different, and I believe in tailoring my treatment plan and techniques to meet your unique needs. My therapeutic work is informed by person-centered, CBT, DBT, and ACT approaches.
I grew up in Metro Detroit and have lived in Minneapolis for the past 5 years. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology in Phoenix, Arizona. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, playing games, watching movies, and spending time with my dog. I am passionate about the work I do and I love being a therapist. I look forward to meeting you and walking with you on your journey.
