The therapeutic journey is similar to a fingerprint: no two look exactly the same. Everyone’s life story and needs are different and are experienced in different ways– I look forward to helping you find the best fit for you to help meet your individual needs. I am passionate about making you feel heard, respected, and cared for in a way that works best for you.
I work with adults, especially in working through experiences such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relationship/interpersonal issues, but I love to work with adolescents as well. Navigating therapy as an adolescent can be very difficult and confusing, but I strive to help your child feel supported, safe, and heard. My goal is to help them develop positive and healthy skills to carry with them throughout their lives and to foster emotional awareness.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience from the University of St. Thomas (MN). I am currently a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas (MN) Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where I will be graduating with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
