The therapeutic journey is similar to a fingerprint: no two look exactly the same. Everyone’s life story and needs are different and are experienced in different ways – I look forward to helping you find the best fit for you to help meet your individual needs. I am passionate about making you feel heard, respected, and cared for in a way that works best for you.
I work with adults and adolescents, especially in working through experiences such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relationship/interpersonal issues. My goal is to help you develop positive and healthy skills to carry with you throughout your life and to foster emotional awareness.
I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and work with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders. I also have experience working with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas (MN). I am currently a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas (MN) Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where I will be graduating with a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology.
