“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” ―Theodore Roosevelt
Starting where you are with what you have is the best place to begin your healing journey. I believe in a client-centered, strengths-based approach to working with clients as you are the expert in your life. I work with individuals 12 years and older who experience substance use/addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My goal for our journey together is for you to feel safe in a judgement-free zone where you feel supported and heard. In my free time, I love spending time with my dog and watching movies. I look forward to our work together!
