The only consistency in life is change. Change can bring up ideas, patterns, and life themes that impact us. While you explore the changes throughout your journey, I’d like to walk alongside you in a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space. Much of my work has been with children and families blending play, trauma-informed, grief and loss, mindfulness, and body awareness techniques. I am open to supporting young adults and those going through life transitions, as those are major themes we all go through, no matter our age or the path we’re on. I have experience working at different levels of care with the majority of it in those more acute situations. Presenting concerns of those I’ve walked alongside range from depression, anxiety, family disruption, suicidal thoughts and or self harm, attachment disruptions, and school avoidance.
My mission as a clinician began by working to break the stigmas of mental health in schools and has now grown into helping others understand the connections between their diverse identities. I work to honor the identity of everyone I work with and serve in this line of work. I look forward to walking alongside you on this part of your journey!
