No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. As a social worker trained in co-occurring disorders and integrated behavioral health, I use a client-centered approach grounded in CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, cultural identity, and relationship challenges.
I believe healing happens in connection, When people feel safe, supported, and empowered. I also understand how our lived experiences, family systems, and identities shape the way we move through the world. As a multilingual Somali-American provider, I bring cultural humility and deep respect to the therapeutic relationship.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me catching sunsets, sharing Somali tea with loved ones, or rewatching my favorite comfort shows. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing and growth.
Let’s do this together. Healing starts here.
