Hello. My Name is Rachael M Tarras; Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Behavioral Analyst. I have been in the field for over 20 years. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, informed by CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
I work with young children, teens, adults, families and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance use, disordered eating and PTSD. I have extensive experience with trauma, Autism, severe and persistent mental illness, and families in crisis. My job is to join you on your healing journey and help you find your place of peace.
Exploring the possibility for change in your life is a journey you are worth taking. Change can be difficult (and sometimes scary!) and I’m here to support youthrough this process. I’m a person-centered therapist who utilizes CBT-based approaches, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, DBT and mindfulnesspractices. What needs to change and how? I believe you have the answers. Let’s find them.
