I believe in the power of authentic connection and will walk alongside you as we work through challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing and personal growth—together.

I specialize in working with individuals aged 13 and above, offering compassionate support for a diverse range of challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, or significant life transitions, I will tailor my therapeutic approach to meet you where you are, fostering resilience and empowering you to achieve emotional well-being and lasting positive change.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. During our sessions, we will delve into emotional processing, exploring and addressing avoidance behaviors and promoting acceptance. This comprehensive approach aims to guide you towards transformative insights, resilience, and a path to holistic well-being.

My journey in the therapy field has been enhanced by two internships at a substance use treatment program, providing me with an understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and mental health. Furthermore, my training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a powerful modality that can address symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD, has helped me to continue to offer innovative and effective interventions.

Beyond the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with my family and two energetic dogs. I have a passion for maintaining an active lifestyle but also find relaxation in diving into the world of video games.
