I believe therapy should feel like a real, supportive conversation—one where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with teens, adults, and couples using a flexible, integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and humanistic techniques. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Before joining CARE, I worked in a mix of settings—residential programs, schools, and outpatient care—which helped me connect with people from all different backgrounds and stages of life. I’m especially passionate about supporting folks working through eating disorders and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me playing video games, working out, walking in nature, or getting lost in a good playlist. I believe finding joy and balance in everyday life plays a big role in overall well-being—and I bring that belief into the work I do with clients.
