Have you always been able to hold it together, but now your life is suddenly falling apart? Are you experiencing unexpected grief or loss? Spikes of fear or anxiety? Overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps? You don’t have to do this alone.
At times like this, you need someone to listen and help you find a path forward. Using insight, compassion, and mind-body connection, I want to work alongside you through difficult times, supporting you through your journey of growth and healing.
My strengths are helping adults who are experiencing stress in their lives in the areas of life transitions, grief/loss, relationship challenges, divorce, career changes and work/life balance.
My focus is client-centered, creating a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental space for you to heal, grow, and change in your own way, at your own pace. My approach to therapy is insight-oriented and highly relational, drawing on various therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. I value creating an authentic therapeutic relationship. I would welcome working with you.
