Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here! Life is full of change/adaptation and I know how challenging it can be to try to find your place in the world. It can be overwhelming and confusing which is why my focus is to work alongside you to help establish and accomplish your desired goals/personal growth. I aim to find the right balance between challenging you to achieve your full potential and just meeting you where you’re at.
Once you step into my office, you can expect a safe space to be your authentic self, unapologetically. Fidgets, games, coloring supplies, kinetic sand, weighted stuffed animals, mints/jolly ranchers, and other grounding items are available for you at any time! I am always open to any special requests for your comfortability as well.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (to help better understand and challenge your thoughts), Person-Centered Therapy (to focus on your individual goals and desires as the client), Art Therapy (to engage in therapy through non-directive ways such as drawing, painting, or coloring), and Holistic/Integrative Therapy (to capture healing from a broader perspective including your mind and body). I work with individuals who are 12 and older and those who may be struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, stress management, and relational concerns.
Outside of work, I love attending concerts, traveling the world, coloring, and spending time with my loved ones (especially my 2 cats).
A strong therapeutic relationship is a crucial part of your mental health journey, so if we seem like a good fit, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
