Racing thoughts. Low self-esteem. Negative self-talk. Struggling with change. Sleep issues. Wanting better relationships with others or a better one with yourself. These are all experiences I’m passionate about supporting clients in exploring.
I work with kids, adolescents, and adults around a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress management, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach emphasizes empathy and curiosity while being informed by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Life is challenging and we all need help in our efforts to better ourselves. So, in therapy I am committed to providing you a supportive space where your path to well-being can unfold. Figuring out what well-being means for you and how to get there is a part of the work I am eager to discuss with you.
