“We’re all just walking each other home.” — Ram Dass
At different points in life, it’s easy to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. In those moments, it can be hard to remember that we are capable of growth and healing. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your inner resources and your most authentic self.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the mind-body connection. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic practices, and mindfulness based strategies to support meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals, 18 and older, navigating trauma, perinatal mental health, religious trauma, anxiety, high sensitivity, and life transitions.
You do not have to move through it alone. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about walking together as you find your way back to yourself.
