Hi, I’m Corrie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with kids, adults, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens through connection, safety, and a sense of belonging. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I’m especially passionate about working with women (perimenopausal/menopausal), highly sensitive people (HSPs), and those navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision and love supporting other clinicians through a reflective, strengths-based lens.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our three beloved dogs. I love reading, thrifting, and hunting for vintage finds that tell a story. I’m deeply committed to social justice, empathy, and the power of caring for one another—values that guide both my personal and professional life. I look forward to working with you!
