I believe we are not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and hope.
As a Hmong American woman, I value community, authenticity, and lifelong growth. I approach each client with empathy, cultural humility, and the understanding that every person has a unique story.
My experience includes working with BIPOC communities, individuals with diverse mental health needs and abilities, and youth involved in the foster care system. I am passionate about supporting clients navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, and life transitions.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, systems thinking, and mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. I view healing as a holistic process shaped by our relationships, culture, and lived experiences.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and caring for my two cats. I also enjoy exploring stories through music, films, and books, and I appreciate how they deepen our understanding of ourselves and others. I believe every person has a story worth hearing, and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you write the next chapter of yours.
