Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re considering it.
My name is Jess and my goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s going on in your life and identify ways to help you feel more balanced, confident, and understood.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults, including individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating substance use and addiction. I take an approach that is both person-centered and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meaning our work will focus on understanding your experiences while also building practical tools to help you move forward.
My personal motto is “helping people become the best versions of themselves”, and I believe therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether you’re facing a difficult moment, working toward recovery, or looking for deeper personal growth, we’ll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three dogs, being with loved ones, and getting outside whenever I can. These moments help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and taking time to recharge. I look forward to working with you!
