“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Maryanne Williamson
The “true self” is a core of calm, compassion, and wisdom that is always present in everyone.” – Richard Schwartz
The journey of facing our fears and connecting to our true calm self is a path I have been walking as a human and as a clinician. Learning how to look within and find those parts and aspects of ourself that need healing and attention has been my internal and external focus. One of the aspects I strive for is being free of past trauma, experiences and fears that now are barriers to living a glorious life. I am honored to take that journey with my clients. I have experience in CBT, DBT, Family Systems Work and Internal Family Systems. I have experience in working with people with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Substance Use Disorders and Trauma. My favorite aspect of therapy is connecting with clients, discovering your strengths, the parts of you that are struggles and walking with you as you walk this path. I am comfortable working with all genders, families and couples.
In my personal time I go on wilderness adventures with my 17 year old son, travel, eat Vietnamese food, trail run and laugh.
