I practice using family systems therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care. I collaborate with patients of all ages and backgrounds to treat their relationship troubles, depression, and anxiety. My specialties are motivational interviewing (MI), working with athletes to improve performance and manage the stress of competing, and young people who wish to explore their substance use or spirituality. I approach my practice with an open heart and mind, and the belief that everything we need to change already lies within us.
Outside of the office you can find me walking the neighborhood with my Yellow Lab, Abigail, or cheering for the Green Bay Packers and the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers Gymnastics team.
