I believe in the power of community and recognize the courage that it takes to seek support of any kind. Everybody needs somebody, and I’d like to offer you a safe and secure space to feel seen, without judgement. In our work together, we will collaborate to develop coping skills, uncover the values that bring meaning to your life, and take steps towards your goals. My approach is holistic, person-centered and empowerment focused, integrating motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness. Throughout my career I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families from a variety of life experiences. Common issues I address in therapy include anxiety, transitional difficulties, family dynamics, depression, and more. My aim for our time together is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered towards a greater quality of life. I am open to feedback, encourage questions, and always seek to develop a treatment plan that suits your individual needs. When I am not in the office, I enjoy going biking, practicing yoga, visiting museums, and eating great food with friends and family. I would be honored to come alongside you – let’s walk this journey together!
