Let’s be honest, looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming at times. Personally, my main interest is to provide a safe space to allow you the time and ability to express yourself in whatever ways you need. I would be honored to sit with you though whatever life has thrown your way, whether that be anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family or relationship issues, life transitions, gender and identity discovery, chronic pain or illness and everything in between. Whether your transitions look like moving from middle school to high school, career changes as an adult, or grieving any type of loss, using strength based and person-centered modalities work well in achieving your goals and making a positive impact on your life. Using art and creative expression can be a powerful way to promote insight and self-awareness while reducing and resolving conflicts and distress. I can’t wait open my space for you!
In my free time, I enjoy cooking/eating delicious food, jamming out to music in my car, beating my friends at board games and cuddling with my rescue pitbull named Blu Barry!
