Hi, I’m so happy you’re here! I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, honest connection. My approach is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. In our work together, my goal is to support you in exploring what your best life looks like. I draw from person-centered therapy and incorporate tools from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), depending on your needs.
I work with adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, and I have a special interest in supporting folks who live with chronic pain or illness, athletes, and exploring women’s issues.
Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy reading, going on walks, and spending time with my family and friends. If you are looking for a space that’s inclusive, supportive, relaxed, and intentional, I’d be happy to support you on your wellness journey!
