“… I promise you that this sacred work will be worth it—because you are worth it.” – Aundi Kolber, LPC
Seeking therapy isn’t always easy and it often takes courage. My goal is to come alongside you in your unique journey. With experience in various therapeutic techniques and strategies, I provide a space that is safe for you to freely explore your challenges and pain while working toward your goals.
I work with adults over 18 as well as couples. My experience includes working with young adults facing grief/loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low-self esteem, and stress. I also have experience working with individuals who consider religious faith to be an important aspect of their lives. Integrating a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other appropriate modalities, we’ll work together to find what fits best with your unique story. By combining these evidence-based practices, I help you develop practical skills for managing difficult emotions, coping with stress, changing unhelpful thought patterns, embracing a values-driven life, and improving relationships.
Outside of therapy sessions I enjoy spending time with my husband, our baby girl, and our bernedoodle puppy. We love being outside, cheering on all the Minnesota sports teams, reading, being at church, and traveling!
