As a counselor, I am committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space to work alongside clients towards healing. I believe a key component of the therapeutic alliance is when a client feels safe to fully be their authentic self. This is what drives them towards healing and inner growth.
I am honored to work with clients of all ages, in particular children and adolescents. I am constantly inspired by young people, and the opportunity to support those in early stages of life is an honor to me. I strive to join with them and their families to hone strengths and identify challenges, and to discover healthy ways of communication and function. I am proud to welcome families of all races and ethnicities, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I have a great amount of clinical experience in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, substance use concerns, and trauma. Additionally, I have a background in the arts, and am more than happy to include creative components as part of your care.
Thank you for your time in reading this. I hope to be of service to you.
