It can be difficult to ask for help when you need it, but who says self-discovery and healing need to be done solo? Let’s work together to address the challenges you are facing. I am passionate about making it easier for you to be vulnerable and feel supported throughout our journey together. Therapy is not “one size fits all.” Working together, I hope you feel respected and valued as a unique individual. Some challenges we could face together are depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, building self-confidence, or suicidal ideations. I also welcome clients who identify as LGBTQIA+ or who are exploring their gender or sexuality. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University (KS). I am currently a doctoral student at the University of St. Thomas (MN) Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where I will be graduating with a Doctor of Psychology degree in Counseling Psychology.
