Welcome! I’m Isabelle and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth. I earned my master’s degree in Trauma-Informed Clinical Social Work from Winona State University, following my passion for helping others. Before that, I delved into the field with a bachelor’s degree in social work, with a focus on substance use and addictions—I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s unique experiences and strengths.
As a compassionate therapist, my mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, as I believe in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship to facilitate meaningful change. With a deep respect for your unique perspective and lived experiences, I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, I’m here to offer guidance, insight, and practical tools to help you cultivate resilience and discover your innate strengths.
With trauma, I’m here to explore how your past experiences shape your present and empower you to heal and move forward. My approach is all about being client-centered, offering unconditional positive regard, and embracing empathy to truly understand your journey. I’m also a big fan of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) too! It’s amazing how we can challenge and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes to pave the way for positive growth. I’m committed to providing you with a holistic and personalized treatment approach that honors your whole being—mind, body, and spirit.
Above all, I want you to know that you’re not alone on this journey. Together, we’ll work towards fostering a deeper understanding of yourself, developing healthier coping strategies, and ultimately, creating a life filled with meaning, fulfillment, and joy.
If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. I look forward to the privilege of supporting you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
