Our brains and bodies are constantly adapting in life – these adaptations can feel overwhelming. I will greet you with compassion and curiosity so we can process and explore what you walk into my office with.
My work is centered around adults, ages 18 and up, coming in with a variety of concerns. I use neuroscience-informed, relational, person-centered, and trauma-focused approaches. I appreciate the wide range of modalities the therapy world has to offer, so I will collaborate with you to adjust techniques to fit you best. No two therapeutic journeys are the same, so why should all therapy sessions be?
I identify as a cis-gendered, heterosexual woman, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I want every one of my clients to feel safe in my presence as their therapist; this is the number one most important thing to me as a clinician.
When I’m not in the office, I’m exploring what’s around me. Singing in my Minneapolis-based choir, Nordic skiing, and watching quite a few MN sports games in my downtime!
