Life can be overwhelming or hard sometimes. Seeking support during those moments is a powerful thing. My name is Nichole and my goal with you is to build a therapeutic relationship to help you work through those times. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to process, reflect, and work through some of life’s hardest moments. I recognize that each of our own life experiences gives us a unique lens through which we view and process the world around us. I strive to honor those experiences and meet you with empathy, validation, kindness, compassion, and connection. I tend to look at things holistically in order to honor the whole person and their experiences.
I have advanced training in Permanency and Adoption as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Much of my experience comes from working with families across settings, especially those who have experienced foster care, and adoption. I’ve worked with youth, their caregivers, and adults with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, FASD, and many other unique experiences. I take a client-centered approach and meet you where you are at. Together we will work collaboratively to cultivate change.
