I recognize and applaud the effort needed to seek out therapy, and aim to hold your story with respect and genuine care. Whether you are looking to make significant changes, address something in your life that isn’t making sense, engage in preventative mental health care, or simply want someone to hear you and hold space, I’m here for it. There is never a bad time to get support for yourself! Regardless of what brings you in, my job is to support and walk alongside you as you explore what meaningful change looks like in your life and relationships.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents (aged 15+), and particularly enjoy working with other helping professionals. While I welcome clients of all identities, I have specific experience working with individuals who have been impacted by the criminal justice system as well as those involved in custody disputes. No matter where you come from or where you’re going, you contain multitudes! I will work to understand your life experiences while creating a safe space for you to share and explore. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life and will tailor our time together based on your unique needs and level of understanding.
