Transitions in life are often difficult to manage, yet they happen in all sorts of ways. Whether you’re navigating changes in a relationship, looking to change a habit, experiencing different living environments, wanting to get to know new parts of your identity, or more…change can involve a lot of uncertainty and stress. Still, you don’t have to do it alone. My purpose here is to help you work through all sorts of life changes by reflecting on how you’ve gotten to where you are now and exploring ways to get you where you’re hoping to go.
I work with adults, couples, and families to help recognize patterns that have been learned over time so that together, we can find unique solutions to what you are going through. Additionally, I speak Vietnamese and can provide services in Vietnamese, English, or a combination of both.
I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an Addictions Counseling Certificate at Winona State University. Through my educational and clinical experiences, I’ve learned the value of allowing space for you to take charge of the changes you would like to see in yourself, and I cannot wait to help you along the way.
