Hi, I’m glad you’re here!
Life combines vibrant moments and unexpected twists, painting a unique canvas of experiences that shape our journey. You do not have to navigate it solo, having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
You are the expert on your life, and I aim to collaborate with you. I aim to create a safe space where you can be unapologetically and authentically yourself. A space in which you feel comfortable to share your story, challenge yourself, and try new ways of thinking. I welcome and invite you to come as you are.
Change isn’t instant, it is a journey. Somedays progress stalls, and that is just fine. I will be there every step, no matter the direction.
I enjoy working with life cycle transitions in adults, anxiety, depression, college-aged students, and teens and young adults. My approach blends Emotion-Focused, Narrative, and Attachment theories. I believe emotions tie into our needs and actions. I believe when we listen to our internal feelings and emotions, we can gain awareness and understanding of our canvas.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family, being outside with my dog, exploring new restaurants, and finding good shows to watch!
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
